FORMS and PROCESSES

Game Reschedule Process:

1. Contact the opposing team's manager about the schedule conflict and propose alternate dates. 
2. When you've agreed with the opposing manager on at least two alternate dates, fill out and submit the online Game Reschedule form (click here to access the form)
3. Once you hit Submit, the form goes to the Rescheduling Director. The Rescheduling Director emails both managers with the new game date, if available. If not, the Director will ask for additional alternate dates.
   

Please note:

• All requests are handled on a first come, first served basis.
• During the season, teams have 3 days to reschedule postponed games. If coaches don't reschedule postponed games, then the Rescheduling Director may reschedule the games automatically, with 48 hours notice given to both coaches.
• Any rescheduled game not approved by the TBB Scheduler will not count in the standings.

Score and Pitch Count Reporting (NEW for 2026)

Scores AND Pitch Counts must be reported by the HOME team within 24 hours of the end of the game. Pitch Counts must be included for every player on both teams who pitched in a game. Scores and Pitch Counts are entered through the "Results" button in the calendar section of your team page. Please see above for the link to the Official Pitch Count Scorecard you will use to record both team's pitch counts. We recommend both the home and away coaches have a designated person recording pitch counts for both teams. Those representatives will confirm their count with each other at the end of the game and have them signed by the umpire.

• Practice field permits are initially issued at the coaches meeting.

Umpire Evaluation Reporting

TBB Managers:

Umpires look forward to hearing how they are doing. It is your feedback that helps to shape their progress as an umpire. Please take the time to provide constructive feedback on how they performed at your last game. The umpire coordinator always provides that feedback to each umpire as well as use the overall feedback to identify trends and/or concerns to improve the quality of the officials at each game.
